Rei-Lux Core Competency: Structural Stability Measurements
All Round Precision Measurements of Structural Stability in Masts
We perform mechanical load tests. Movements are graphically recorded at two measuring points using our 3Dmeasuring camera providing an accuracy 1/1.000 mm. we can thus provide a reliable analysis of a masts structure (load bearing safety, base stability) starting at the foundations, through the mast to the luminaire.
Non – Destructive Material Conserving Test Methods
Germany's, TUV verification is proof of the fact that our high resolution precision measurements ensure that all the test procedures used by Rei-Lux are non destructive. A particular advantage of the process is its force introduction concept achieved by belt driven transmission. Using the belt as a stop prevents any overloading of the base. For concrete columns in particular we have developed a material conserving method that uses partial force distribution to minimise surface stresses in the concrete.
Non-Obstructive & Co2 Neutral Testing
Our compact test devices enables us reach masts in inaccessible locations without obstructing traffic, disturbing nature or polluting the environment with exhaust emissions (play grounds, sports fields, pedestrian precincts park lanes).
